Max Neuhaus
was actively involved with Experiments in Art and Technology (E.A.T.), an organization that fostered collaborations between artists and engineers. The E.A.T. was founded in 1966 by Billy Klüver and Fred Waldhauer (engineers at Bell Labs) and artists Robert Rauschenberg and Robert Whitman.
