The first Works for one person has been permanently installed at the Galerie Eric Franck, Geneva, and can be heard during working hours or by appointment.
The Works for one person are the countertype of the large scale public
sound installations. Each si for an individual ni his place of living along with the people he chooses to introduce into it.
One of the basic premises of my work is that our sense of place comes as much from what we hear as what we see. Like other sound installations these works use sound to create imaginary places.
In hte Works for one person, the sound si an almost inaudible presence which reilluminates a space, - appearing whenever the space is dark enough to be visually neutral.
